Fgreat was thrilled to produce two films for this much-awaited temporary exhibition at the Museum of London Docklands.
On the first film, we follow the course of water: from clouds in the sky to rain to water running through the streets until it reaches this underground world. A large projection in L shape gives the audience an opportunity to travel through this beautiful hidden landscape. Using 3D techniques to bring archive pictures to life, we take the viewers on an immersive journey and explore the history of the river Fleet and how London dealt with sewage during centuries.
On the second film, we discuss the idea of digging up London’s buried rivers. Combining animation and live action, we reimagine parts of the city while we hear the points of view of activists, researchers and London’s residents.
