The British Museum Vikings promo is a real example of Fgreat taking a film from the brief to the big screen. Our creative route involved live-action filming on a weather beaten coast in Northern England in January, a group of highly enthusiastic Viking historians, some creative use of green screen, a host of post-production techniques and a whole lot of love and attention to detail.
The promotional trailer was used to market the exhibition on the web, we also created a cinema trailer version.
This promo was even satirised by anti-BP activists protesting BP’s involvement as sponsor of the show.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery as they say!
