FGreat were commissioned by Digital21, to help create a series of films for Arteris, one of the largest highway operators in Brazil, to deliver an online campaign that would build awareness of best practices on how to avoid accidents on the road. The campaign used irony to develop day to day characters who disregard traffic rules and, as a result, are involved in accidents.

Inspired by comic book superheroes, we used 2D handmade illustrations to create “The Superiors”, anti-heroes starring in stories of reckless attitudes while driving. The characters drive while using phone, applying make-up or after a night out drinking.

The campaign aim to viewers “Stop to Think” and re-evaluate their attitude whilst on the road.

The resulting films have been launched to coincide with the Arteris Safety Month, commemorated in September 2016.
